EU statutory right of withdrawal
Where EU distance-selling consumer rules apply, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt of goods to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal without giving a reason.
For a normal statutory withdrawal, the customer bears return shipping where this responsibility was clearly disclosed before purchase. Standard original delivery costs are refunded as required by applicable consumer law. If a more expensive premium or express option was chosen, the supplementary amount above the least expensive standard delivery option does not have to be refunded where the law allows.
Return eligibility and condition
For ordinary change-of-mind returns, items may be required to be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with original tags where applicable. These conditions do not limit mandatory statutory consumer rights. Under an applicable EU statutory withdrawal, consumers may inspect goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; lawful deductions for diminished value may apply where handling goes beyond that level.

Return and exchange shipping costs
| Reason | Return shipping | Replacement shipping |
|---|---|---|
| Change of mind / size preference / non-defective | Customer | Customer, when exchanging |
| Damaged / defective / incorrect / incomplete | Merchant | Merchant, when exchanging |
| EU statutory withdrawal | Customer, where disclosed and permitted | Not applicable unless an exchange is separately agreed |
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are supported. For a normal non-defective exchange, the customer pays both the original return shipping and the replacement-item shipping cost. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant pays the applicable return and replacement shipping costs. No restocking fee is charged.
Refund timeline and method
Approved refunds have an internal processing target of within 7 business days after returned goods are received and the necessary review is completed. This target does not extend or replace mandatory statutory refund deadlines. Banks, card issuers or payment providers may need additional time to display the refund.
Approved refunds generally return to the original payment method.
For an applicable EU statutory withdrawal, refunds follow the mandatory statutory deadline. Where allowed by law, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received or evidence is provided that they were sent back, whichever condition is satisfied in accordance with the applicable rule.
Return exceptions where applicable
If made-to-order, custom-made or clearly personalised goods are offered and fall within a statutory withdrawal exception, they may be excluded from ordinary change-of-mind withdrawal where applicable law permits. This does not exclude rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect goods, merchant production errors or other mandatory statutory rights.
Mandatory statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
