These Terms of Use apply to use of this website and purchases made through it. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

You may use the website for lawful shopping and information purposes. Misuse that disrupts the website, interferes with security or infringes rights is not permitted.

We aim to present product information accurately. Product-specific descriptions, availability and size information shown on the relevant product page form part of the information made available before purchase.

Displayed product prices include applicable tax according to the website’s pricing configuration. Customs duties and import charges, where applicable, are separate.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected goods using the information and payment details provided at checkout.

An order is subject to acceptance and availability. If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, the customer will be informed and any applicable payment adjustment will be handled through the relevant payment process.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support@vireqan.com. Once dispatched, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

You may request a delivery-address change before dispatch. After dispatch, changes cannot be guaranteed and may depend on the carrier.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Primary card methods shown are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. Additional methods may be available where displayed on the Payment or Checkout page.

Standard shipping is 6$ for orders below 50.

Orders reaching 50 qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days.

Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

All orders include shipment tracking. Tracking information is provided after dispatch when tracking data becomes available.

Customs duty, import charges or customs handling charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility where applicable, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

If a parcel appears lost, contact support@vireqan.com. We will review tracking and investigate with the relevant carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, the resolution will be a reshipment or refund.

Where EU distance-selling consumer rules apply, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt of goods to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal without giving a reason.

For items covered by the normal return policy, a return request must be made within 14 calendar days after receipt by contacting support@vireqan.com. The registered business address is not automatically the return address; return instructions provide the applicable return location.

For change-of-mind, size preference or other non-defective returns, the customer pays return shipping. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant pays the applicable return shipping cost. No restocking fee is charged.

Direct exchanges are supported. For a normal non-defective exchange, the customer pays return shipping and replacement-item shipping. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant pays the applicable return and replacement shipping costs.

Goods that are damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete are handled subject to applicable statutory consumer rights. Ordinary change-of-mind conditions do not limit those rights.

Approved refunds generally return to the original payment method. The internal processing target is within 7 business days after returned goods are received and the necessary review is completed, subject to mandatory statutory refund deadlines. Banks or payment providers may require additional time to display the refund.

If made-to-order, custom-made or clearly personalised goods are offered and fall within a statutory withdrawal exception, they may be excluded from ordinary change-of-mind withdrawal where applicable law permits. This does not exclude rights for defective, damaged or incorrect goods, merchant production errors or other mandatory statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory consumer rights. For an applicable EU withdrawal, standard original delivery costs are refunded as required by law; supplementary delivery costs above the least expensive standard option may be excluded where permitted.

Website content, layout, text, graphics and other protected materials may be subject to intellectual-property rights. Use of the website does not transfer ownership of those rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any permitted limitation operates only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The Last Updated date indicates the current version displayed on the website.
